Pocket Device Software Update - fail

I cannot get the device to accept one of the latest available updates. I follow the prompts, the update doesn’t work, and then the pocket app freezes. I then close and re-open the app, and there is the update prompt again!. It’s really annoying.

Any ideas?

Can you please confirm your app version and firmware version from the settings.
