Pocket Pro Paid at Checkout, no response from support

I purchased Pocket Pro for a year at checkout but I do not have access to it. It is prompting me to signup for pocket pro to have the best experience. I’ve emailed Support a couple of times and have not received a response. Did anyone else have this issue. And yes, I’m sure I purchased the first year at checkout because it shows on my order email. Thank you.

I feel like this is pretty much par for the course. Get an email stating lifetime unlimited etc. Purchase multiple for myself and owner of a Multi-Bil. Private Co. Look ridiculous when its paired and hit with a 300 minute bottleneck. Pretty blatant bait and switch.

It seems like the email for signup and purchase might not have been the same so we weren’t able to attach the memberships. I have dm’d you about the same thanls

This issue is currently affecting me as well. I reached out to support initially on 01/03 and followed up yesterday. I assume they are behind, but I would like to be able to use the features I paid for with Pro and get the lifetime benefits back.
