Pro subscription not redeeming

I got a deal for purchasing a 6 month pro license at the time I bought the Pocket. When I received it yesterday, inside the app, it showed “Claim your Pro Access” but when I click Redeem, I get an error. I’ve reset my phone, updated the Pocket, tried multiple ways but still not redeeming. I emailed support but they haven’t replied yet. Trying to be patient but I was hoping to use this today. Any tricks to get it to work and redeem my subscription?

Similar situation. I purchased Pro subscription with the device (which shipped slowly due to the snow), but when I set up today, only option was for Trial and then subscription to Pro at full price. Don’t want to pay twice. Appreciate suggestions!

BTW, some interesting hiccups in setup, including “over 50 Bluetooth devices detected.” Had to enable BT later is setup, as only option in original setup to get past that screen was “Don’t Allow.”
