@Josh We hear you and we get that the delays are frustrating. Your order is already in the U.S. network (active since Oct 10) and just waiting for customs and USPS processing.
We’ve done everything possible on our end to keep things moving, but recent holiday has slowed carriers across the board. More batches are shipping this week.

This is fact, I don’t usually complain online but we’ve been waiting on a iPhone 17 Pro Max for weeks still due to demand. I can’t wait for my Pocket to show up, whenever that will be.
Yes! This! It’s exactly the information I was looking for as I’m sure others would as well. I now know on the 14th that my package was handed over from customs for delivery through usps. Even though the tracking information hasn’t quite updated yet, it’s something other than seeing the same exact thing for 8 days. Thank you for sharing this @Cfulmer
I feel ya. I have a huge multi day meeting all next week. 10 Days ago I received the great “Your order is on the way” email, and I had a glimmer of hope, but I told myself not to set the expectations that high. Hopefully before Halloween.
@kylekschultz completely agree with you, this is too long. I checked your order details, and it turns out your parcel was part of a small batch that I mentioned to another user here: https://community.heypocket.com/t/shipping-updates/210/49 . Our fulfillment partner mistakenly marked those orders as “fulfilled” on October 7, even though the parcels hadn’t actually left the warehouse yet.
I know that receiving tracking and then seeing no movement built some anticipation, and I completely understand how that feels. Unfortunately, it wasn’t communicated to us properly at the time. Otherwise, we would have immediately cancelled fulfillment of your parcel and sent out clarification emails to all affected customers.
It was a very small batch, but yes, your order was among them. The good news is that it’s since been fully resolved, and your parcel has already been picked up and is on its way. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
