Processing Time?

New user - I think the idea is really interesting but the usability is killing me. My intended use of Pocket is to summarize my calls/meetings and provide me with a summary to share out with my team and action items for me to keep track of.

Pocket is taking a VERY long time to process my audio - hours (3-4? i’ve lost track), nowhere near what I would expect.

My old workflow would be to record it, transcribe it and have ChatGPT summarize it which was way faster than this - and that was manual.

What’s with the processing time? Can the Pocket Team give us some expectation on how long it would take to process 5m, 10m, 30m of audio etc? Is it linear? or based on complexity of topics?

@p626 I would email hey@heypocket.com. That is an incredibly long time! For me, it’s only a few minutes, maybe, for a 30 minute call.

I think it took about 5 minutes for an hour long meeting yesterday for me. I agree with SM7 that you should contact the powers that be.
