Returns and Refunds

I would like to know the process for returning multiple Pocket devices I have purchased for refunds. This product is not what doing what I expected it to do and has multiple issues with the app and device integration, etc.

Did you get any help? I have been trying to get support to respond for a while now. I acknowledge that it is more than 30 days, but the app doesn’t work, I was misled about recording calls with AIrpods, I stayed with the program because I got a founding “never to be offered again” deal of lifetime minutes so I didn’t return right away, syncing continues to fail, vital call downloads have been lost, and the list goes on. I waited much longer to get this to try it than they promised. So now I am asking to ed this amicably and get my simple refund. I am not getting any answer. But the way, the website at heypocket.com has no mention at all about support or contacting Pocket

Unfortunately, we have to be consistent with our policy, and the return window is 30 days. We believe that 30 days is sufficient time to properly test the device and decide whether it’s a good fit.

That said, we will review your issues with our support team immediately. I’m personally looking into your case now, and we’ll get back to you with a concrete update.
