@xJason Thank you for sharing this with everyone. Imagine setting up a community, inviting all our earliest supporters, and then trying to spin or hide things - it wouldn’t make sense. The whole reason this space exists is so we can share the latest updates directly, get feedback and answer questions.
Pete, there are several of us who appreciate the challenges with a start-up. You all have done a fine job promoting the launch, being transparent etc. yes the wording around shipping was somewhat confusing - but you all explained the situation just fine. This is a first world problem which means it’s not really even a problem. When mine arrives - is when it arrives……. We should all be grateful getting in on the ground level. We should also understand we are guinea pigs as well and embrace. You all do NOT have to defend yourselves as reasonable people understand. Thanks to you and the entire team behind the pocket!!!
@xJason same here @eyeheartny first i was a little frustrated, but i couldn’t be since EVERYTIME i reached out weather it was to complain online or email, they ALWAYS responded quickly (minding da time difference for Hawai’i). Then i was invited to this community as a founding member to communicate. Yeah Yeah Yeah some might say smoke an mirrors blah blah blah, that being said that’s a lot of extra effort to pull off a scam or to cover lies and such. To do all that doesn’t make logical sense. Many of us have been waiting months for this start up..many take years. So lets put on our big boy and girl pants and realize this is not Best Buy and they are just out of stock, its coming many will get way before me from the looks of it. I have a feeling if it’s just as great as they say, there wont be the same amount coming to say how great it is or even thank you. We are near the finish line lets give them them a shot to cross it too
Innovating, birthing, and bringing a new product to the world is hard. Everything doesn’t go as planned and holding fluid expectations can be very difficult. We know this as initial backers and founding members. I think it would go a long way for those of us who didn’t cancel our product and are committed to Hey Pocket if 6-12 months of the premium subscription would be given as a way of saying thank you, we appreciate your patience and commitment to us.
I placed an order for one unit on 06/11/2025. I then placed another order for a second unit on 09/03/2025. I received a tracking number a few days ago and the unit I ordered on 09/03/2025 arrived today! What happend to the one I have been waiting for since this started? I have no information other than a confirmation of the purchase and an order number yet after four months it has not arrived or even shipped yet?

I’m guessing your September order was for the PINK color, as we received extra stock of that variant earlier than expected, which allowed those units to be fulfilled faster.
