Some conversations still summarizing hours after sync

Been using my Pocket for months now and love it! Today I did a firmware update and every since I have about half the conversations from today stuck in “summarizing” Tried opening/closing the app several times and it’s still “summarizing” certain conversations. Any ideas??

hey @Billintennessee can you dm me some details we are having some underlying provider issues we are mitigating could you share if you are on the pro or free plan as well.

The firmware update should not make a difference. We are noticing issues when too many documents are attached it takes time to summarise

I have the same issue! I reported via private message yesterday, but have not heard back yet. My meeting from 9am Wednesday is still “summarizing “ at 5pm on Thursday. Help please!:folded_hands:

Having the same issue with a couple meetings as well.

I am on the pro plan as well.

hey we are facing some file corruption issue we are mitigating the same (files might need to be resynced to fix the same keeping this thread updated on the same)

I updated to the latest firmware. 1.3.3 and noticed a longer time for the summary to finish, but it did finish. Is there any chance we can get the change log for the latest update? Both App and firmware would be nice.

hey @arigsbee the firmware update should not have made a difference, we are noticing higher transcription numbers due to which it might feel slower but will add on a proper changelog in a bit!

just wanted to update here we noticed some issues with file corruptions with 0.25% of recordings which we are mitigating and fixing please feel free to resync if you feel the summary is not upto the mark we have taken steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again!
