I am having the same issue. Wifi always fails. And Bluetooth barely works. It mostly crawls and eventually disconnects. Have anyone found a solution?

I started this topic six weeks ago. Since then, very significant improvement, I can now say it’s mostly no problem. I strongly suspect that the updates and this one trick have done the job on my iPhone:

Turn on “Local Network”
My syncing was working fine the last week. Now suddenly tonight I cannot sync over Wi-Fi or bluetooth. I have turned everything off and on including my phone, app, and device. I have probably tried about 30 times at this point. Somehow, I have 5 recordings to sync but none of them will but I have a highlight of them, so I am not sure how that works?? Ready to give up!
hey @Kasara08 Please ensure you have switched on location and local network permissions. Sometimes this happens and restarting your phone should ideally solve the issue. If this is something that’s not working out well for you, a quick fix would be using our web app sync which basically does syncing instantaneously.
