Every time I try to up-date or sync, it connects to wifi, gets to between 30 and 50% downloaded and then crashes. Then a pop-up occurs saying the app closed die to a bug.
Meanwhile please try these troubleshooting steps and let us know how it goes on email

I have a Samsung, not an iPhone.
Could you disable auto reconnect on your other wifi networks and see if that works?

I already did that. Same result. I just closed pocket and tried again with auto connect turned off. Same result. Samsung Galaxy s10+
If I could update the app we wouldn’t be having this conversation…

Wifi sync worked fine for the first few weeks and now it sems to get stuck at 12-30% when syncing my files. Have followed the guide to change the DNS and still having trouble. Can’t get it to work over bluetooth sync either. Any solutions?
The syncing on the pocket is very frustrating. I usually get to mine at night and it takes a very long time to add all the recordings but what’s really bothering me is how it re-syncs recordings i already deleted on the app so they keep showing back up over and over.

Mine won’t even do Bluetooth sync anymore. It did both for a while (days) then no more.
