Hey everyone!
Some of you may have noticed a few recordings not syncing properly, looking like they were stuck. We’re aware of this and wanted to give you a quick heads up. This has happened to less than 0.5% of total recordings processed.
What you can do now:
If you see a recording that didn’t process correctly, you can resync it yourself — just tap the three dots menu (⋮) in the top right of the home screen and select resync.
What’s happening:
We’ve identified the root cause and have a fix ready. We’re currently waiting for the App Store update to go live — should be available soon!
We chose not to push a quick patch because it was causing some transcription quality issues (hallucinations/inaccurate outputs).
