Just got my Pocket last Friday, and I’ve been using it pretty regularly. The two issues I’m seeing right now:
- When I go to record, the pocket vibrates to indicate that it’s recording, but then when I hit the button again to stop the recording, it gives me one vibration again, meaning it was never recording to begin with. This is a persistent problem.
- In one instance, I recorded a conversation. Buzzed twice when I finished it. The conversation did not show up in my phone app initially. When I went to “Sync,” it showed that the conversation had been recorded, and when I went to Sync the file, it told me that it was already syncing. 30 min later, I am still not seeing it. But when I plugged the Pocket into my computer, I was able to access the conversation in my finder.
