I’m not sure how to get ahold of support, I emailed this message to them twice and I’ve gotten no response. So I’m posting here with the hopes that it gets the team’s attention.
I am very excited to get my Pocket REALLY going with the pro features, but it seems my account needs to be activated.
I am also a little confused because on the forums, it says that as a Foundation Member I (forever) get all the Core Features that other members have to pay for, but in this email it says I get Pro free for 3 months. Why would I need a free Pro subscription for 3 months if I have that benefit already?
As I understand it, the pro sub has additional features that you do not get with the core features or the founding member special. As new features are released, they become available on Pro but not in the founding member tier or core tier.
I can’t speak for everyone in this community, but I wanted to share that my experience with the support team has been absolutely wonderful!
The level of engagement is truly exceptional—having founding members and engineers respond personally is something I’ve never encountered anywhere else.

As someone who works at an early stage software startup, I couldn’t agree more. It’s tough to do everything with nothing and the Pocket team has been doing a great job. This community set up is a prime example
I can’t recall the last time a tech company got on a video call with me to resolve a comparatively minor error as Pocket Support did. These folks are great.
