I just set up my Pocket a few days ago. I’ve used it with success a few times, but have also had a few instances in which it was amber during an entire conversation yet did not capture a conversation when I synced to my Pocket app. I am an Android user: Galaxy S25 Ultra. Is it best if I tap start recording in the app rather than clicking the button on pocket to begin recording?
Android as well myself. The intent is the App is to be opened later, some time after your recordings. You can do it at same time but for myself as an example. I record stuff all day long and then turn my Pocket on again at night and open the App and let the things transfer over automatically.
Just for kicks, go to app.heypocket.com and see if your recordings happen to be there.
Also, when on the app.heypocket.com site, at the bottom left you’ll see your name with a Gear icon. Click the gear icon to go to Settings => Storage and here you will see everything recently in your Trash Can. Hopefully somehow they landed in here if you don’t see them anywhere else.
