Hey folks, recently we rolled out some firmware improvements, but they unexpectedly caused issues for some users. In some cases, audio was getting truncated, and in others, sync wasn’t working properly.
We’ve identified the issue and have submitted updated builds on both platforms.
- iOS: The update has been approved and is now live. Please update the app from the App Store. This should resolve the issue.
- If you have older recordings that were truncated, you can resync them from Settings → Device → Lookup Device File.
Android: The update is still under review and should be live in a few hours. I’ll post a follow-up here once it’s available.
