Recording and App Issues - With a work round

I updated to firmware v1.3.3 and updated the app (Apple) a day or so ago and since have had issues with recordings either not appearing in the app or being severely truncated, 1hr+ recording but getting 1-5min of them in the app.

I tried to resync no joy same results…

Now the work round.

Bluetooth to Pocket and turn on (or turn off and on again) web sync. Login to app.heypocket.com and then hook up the Pocket via USB-C it should show up as a drive with folders for the days, you can then copy off the recording you need. From there you can reimport the full recording to Pocket or other transcriber to keep your notes.

I have tried raising to Pocket not heard back yet. But will probably make a copy of everything off the device and try a compete hard reset and see what happens next.

hey! we have noticed some issues with sync and have identified the issue and pushing out a fix we suggest using web sync from the sync button on app.heypocket.com

Please ensure the web sync option is enabled for the device to show up as a drive on the web app!

Yep the new app from the App Store seems to have fixed the issue.
