Today is the 3rd time I have completely missed notes for an important call. Had a 30 minute call. No recording. Message “meeting was too short to generate notes”. However it shows that it was a 30 minute meeting. Lets get this figured out. Im starting to get frustrated. Have been using this product less and less as I cant depend on it working.
Hey @Mitch_Young messaged you about this. The device has to be in call mode and attached to your phone for it to be able to record the other side of the conversation. Preferably without a case as that might interfere with recording the best quality of audio!
Confirmed. Device is not always attached to my phone, but is always within 1 -3 feet. I will take calls via headphones or on my vehicle’s bluetooth.

Hey @Mitch_Young in that case unless the device is attached to your phone/it’s on speakerphone we won’t be able to record the other side of the convo do let us know if there is anything else we can help you out with! (So Vehicle Bluetooth should work but Bluetooth headphone won’t)
