Issues recording in call mode

I just received my pocket today. I’m having some issues in the app with non responsive menu items in settings (the items in the faq section of the menu give haptic feedback, but nothing happens when tapping them). I have been able to make recordings when in conversation mode just fine (and it’s working great!). However, I’m evidently supposed to hear a beep when I press the record button, and that’s not happening. Most significantly, when trying to record in call mode, it has been recording nothing. My pocket is attached to the phone via magsafe. I’ve tried downloading the recording of the recorded conversations and it’s just complete silence.

Wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue, or if I have faulty hardware or what. I’m on 0.7 firmware, v4 WiFi firmware, and software version 0.3.23+199. I have rebooted both the pocket and the phone, force stopped the app, checked for updates, used both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to sync, and nothing is working.

Hey @Jazzer just confirming is there a case on your phone?

There is one yes. However I have tried removing the case and holding the device to my phone and the recordings are still complete silence. Not faint or unclear audio, but no audio at all.
