Stipulated - I have previously used Call Mode succesfully, on iPhone, magsafe, with Pocket picking up both conversations.
Scenario - email from colleage, can you talk for a minute?
Action - Pocket switch is already in call position, hit button to turn on, see blue light, magsafe to phone, use iPhone app to confirm call mode, use iPhone app to start recording.
Action - call colleague on iphone, have conversation, end conversation, hit button on Pocket to terminate call.
Action - go to Pocket and trigger file copy, summary. Go to Transcript and see only my side of the conversation. Download recording, play recording, hear only my side of conversation.
Questions:
- Did my Pocket just blip and not record from the contact mikes? Stuff happens, not great, but ok.
- Does starting the recording from the app vs. a button press not start the contact mike recording?
- Can anyone reproduce this?
Timezone wise, no one I can call rtght now for “hey, just testing”. I’ll test it again both ways (app start, button start) this coming week as call develop.
