I was so excited to get my Pocket in the mail today. I unboxed her, turned it on, would not pair with my phone. A device popped up showing a different serial # and color than mine. click on it and it tells me it cant connect and to restart the device. Did that at least 10 times. Restarted my phone, plugged it in and charged it for a while. tried again and now it wont even power on. Dissapointment to say the least.

And will obviously replace if there is an issue. Your device comes with a standard warranty.

The serial number on the box is common for everyone and it is for us to track which batch your Pocket came from, it will be different than the one shown on the screen during pairing which is your actual device ID

it seems like it has maybe been paired before? It says to hold for 5 seconds and the blue light should be “breathing” . it is always solid no matter what I do. Is there a way to factory reset?

Try this to reset your device:

  1. Triple-click the side button.

  2. The LED will start blinking red immediately.

  3. While it’s blinking red, hold the side button then release it when the light starts breathing blue again.

After that, close the Pocket app completely from the background.

Reopen it, sign in using the same email as before, and try again.

Is it possible to connect it to more than one device at a time?

Yes, If you login through the same account on both of your phones. But do remember you have to completely close the Pocket app and remove it from background on one of the phones to connect on another.

Tried it and it still does the same thing. Blue light always solid and wont connect

I’m having the same issue! My device pops up in my app, but every time I click the device I get a connection error. My device also won’t go into blue “breathing” mode — only solid blue.

Did you log onto the app and follow its instructions? I had the same issue until I paired it through the app

Received today Oct 18, unboxed, setup, and tested in 5 minutes.
