I don’t think I’ve ever backed a product where a weeks long holiday that shuts down the entire continent wasn’t blamed.

Yay! I heard today that my device arrived in southern California on 10/11 (I live in Oregon)!!! Progress!!! Can’t wait for it to get here!!! By the way, my order # was 4025….so they’re making progress if they’re really doing is on the first-ordered, first-shipped basis!!!

That’s pretty sad but HiDock didn’t make excuses like that & the shipping progress continued the whole holiday. Odd.
Order 3846 and tracking is still not showing anything but supposedly mine shipped 10/7. I’m getting frustrated.

I have a 33 digit USPS tracking number and it errors when trying to check the status. Typically USPS numbers are 20, 22, or 26 lengths.
@VirtualHawk That’s totally normal. International USPS tracking numbers look a bit different from the usual 20–26 digit domestic ones, which is why it might show as invalid if you try checking directly on USPS right now.
Once the parcel is close to reaching the U.S. network, it’ll start showing properly there.

I just got back Friday from a tech conference in Vegas where I had a lot of customer meetings that I could have used it for. Made me wish I found out about Pocket sooner so I would have had it to use during the conference.

I’ve got my USPS tracking number and an email that my packages shipped a while ago (a week ago). Still nothing. This is absurd and I’m getting incredibly frustrated. It’s almost the end of the month. USPS just shows that a label was created but that they are awaiting the item. Is this a scam?
No, it’s not a scam. Mine took around 10 days from when it said a tracking number was available until I finally got it. Once it hit the US, it took 8 days after that to go from CA to OR. It’ll come….hang on a bit longer!

@msternberg a scam that built an entire product, app, and community with thousands of active users would certainly be a first!

I’m frustrated too. I was hoping to have it for our monthly management meeting this past Wednesday. I got a tracking number on October 16th and it is now sitting in Melrose Park, IL not going anywhere. Then I saw it may be coming through DHL, which is notorious where I live for holding on to packages for about a week before they’re handed off to USPS. Can’t wait to get mine in hand and hope it arrives before our next meeting in November.
@tjtornatore totally understand the frustration. Your parcel was shipped out on October 16, so it’s definitely already in the U.S. now, just waiting for customs clearance and local processing. We’ve seen a few cases where that step takes a little longer than usual lately, but once it clears, USPS will handle the final delivery pretty quickly. Appreciate your patience - hopefully it’ll land well before your next meeting in November.
Mine came in the mail today! I’ve been busy setting it up and learning how to use it, but it seems simple so far. Is the use of a serif font for the Pocket brand intentional? Because it gives me pre-iMac Apple vibes.
