Shipping checked today 10/08/25

Good morning! I checked USPS today and still getting the same message and no movement noted…

I am tracking two orders, one with a lower tracking number (within the first 5,000), the other higher (still < 5,000). The lower number now shows a label created in California. The higher one still shows tracking not available.

I’m in the same boat! My order number is in the 1200 as well. I’m super jealous others have theirs. Lol. At least you’re looking at the same screen I am. We’re not alone!

Day 9 after receiving notice the order had shipped and I get the same message you have received. Was my order had been sent prior to holiday shutdown and was “in motion” to the USPS. Also was told the tracking would information would update in 7-8 days. Now today I’m being told it will update “soon” and “very soon.” Whatever that means. Does soon mean, sometime today, tomorrow, this week, this month or this year?

Is Hong Kong being effected by the furlough?

I received my tracking number on September 29th. Order #3491. When Emma emailed me on September 30th, she said it would be leaving the warehouse “tonight or tomorrow”. My tracking hasn’t budged.

I have all sorts of things…but no Pocket to put it in

Same experience here. Got tracking on 9/30 and today 10/9 it’s still unavailable.

I was really excited for this and now I just hope I actually receive it. It’s upsetting how poor the launch has been.

For other people’s reference:

Order #29xx

Shipping Email: Sept 29th, USPS “Tracking not Available”

1st Shipping update: October 9th, USPS “Pre-Shipment”

Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item

I don’t love the 10 day delay in updating the label, only to have it sit in a “we haven’t received the item yet”, especially from a location in Chicago (and not a west coast port, though I am unsure if Pocket is using Air transport with multiple hubs).

Whenever it changes from “Pre-shipping” to “product received” I will update as well.

It’s now day 10. My shipping status has been updated to show that a shipping label has been prepared. That took 10 days for an item that supposedly was shipped and put “in motion” on 9/29. It still hasn’t been handed off to the USPS. Wouldn’t a shipping label have been created at the time it shipped 10 days ago?

To be fair, I thought items have to go through Customs before being released in transit within the US. My order also updated for Irving TX which isn’t too far from me, so I’m pretty excited!

Just checked mine, and it’s saying it’s currently in Irving, Texas, and on its way to me.

Y’all are lucky. My order number is 1200 and my tracking isn’t even updated to show anything yet :person_shrugging: it’s coming from across the world tho so it is what it is. I’m still jealous

@Rollocks That’s completely normal for international shipments.

The shipping label is created at our overseas fulfillment center, but USPS doesn’t show it as “created” until the parcel arrives in the U.S., clears customs, and is physically handed over to them. Every international parcel must go through this process before entering the domestic network.

This is why there’s typically a gap of several days between label creation and the first USPS update and the recent holiday period has slowed down that transition a bit further.

You’ll also notice that your USPS number is longer than a typical U.S. tracking code - it’s generated by our international courier partner before handoff to USPS for final delivery.

Everything is already in motion, and tracking will update automatically once it’s processed at the U.S. entry facility.

@Ttolkach You’re absolutely right. The parcel first has to be dispatched, physically arrive in the U.S., then wait its turn at customs, which can sometimes add a bit of time since clearance isn’t always immediate.

Once it’s cleared, it’s handed off to USPS for the final leg of delivery. Sounds like yours is getting close!

@Nex No worries and please trust me. We want it to reach you asap just as much as you do! It’s making its way over!

Any idea when the next batch will ship? My order number is in the 7k range. There has been a lot of focus on the first 5k, understandably, but curious when there will be more shipped out.

BTW, not angry or upset, just curious

Thanks

@Ellehunt all is in order. Your parcel’s label is active in USPS’s system and it’s most likely awaiting customs clearance or final processing before the hand-off. Once that happens, tracking will start updating automatically.
