Is there any hope?

This is really starting to get under my skin. The item was promised in September, however, you guys are playing off/blaming delays on some Chinese holiday. Why can’t you just be straight with your customers and tell us the real story? Whether you running behind schedule or there was issues with the devices. Nobody online or in the community app are reporting good things. Where is my device?

There’s a huge difference between “answering the questions” and blaming another country’s misfortune or holidays. The supply chain never stops. Never! Capitalism reigns supreme in this world. Seriously, enough with the excuses.

@Dpatterson136 I understand the frustration.

The reference to the holidays wasn’t meant as an excuse, but rather to explain part of why logistics slowed down temporarily at that time. Production and fulfillment do rely on several regional partners across East Asia, and even short interruptions ripple down the chain when volumes are high. The holiday that just ended is a major holiday that slows things down.

The main update is that all outstanding orders are still being processed and will be fulfilled by the end of October.

We completely understand how waiting this long feels and we’re doing everything possible to get every remaining unit shipped asap.

@Dpatterson136 aloha I feel your frustration on this. I ordered my pocket back in early July and haven’t received my tracking number yet. I was pissed….until I had to stop and think. This is a START UP and many things will be out of their control. It’s not like they are Apple or Best Buy and it’s just out of stock. It is a new item coming down the pipeline. But yet I was still frustrated. Then they created this community and have always answered our questions. Do we like all the answers maybe not, but they are trying. I bet as many are complaining there won’t be the same showing unboxing and using it. How do I know. Many are saying they got it already on OTHER platforms and I haven’t seen it here. Thats unfortunate. That being said, they are arriving so maybe give um a break huh? They are probably loosing sleep over this item they probably poured their heart and souls into. Patience my friend and hope that it will be amazing for you.

There is indeed hope! I received mine today in the mail. Which the tracking all accurately traced and updated.
