Anyone else’s app stuck on loading subscription options popup modal? It pops up every time I open the app but doesn’t progress. If I tap try pocket pro from settings, it just hangs on a loading animation.
Also been periodically dealing with the “cannot connect to server, check firewall” issue, syncs hanging or not completing… just a general mess of an experience right now.

Hey Guys could you let me know if this is on ios or android? And if you are on the latest version of the Play/App store?
If on Play/App store please update to the latest version (0.4.2) this should be resolved

I can not get it to load, so I can do my trial. It just hangs. I sent in a request to support and crickets.
Yes, I am on latest app version. Still does not work. Also, there is a new error with calendars not syncing.

I am on 0.4.2 Android, the issue actually started with his version for me once I updated.

Still unable to get my founder’s benefits or Pocket Pro.
