After doing the firmware and wifi updates, I am no longer able to get a response from the Pro upgrade banner. It just pulls up a white loading page and doesn’t show the upgrade or trial options. I am not on a VPN or protected network. I have emailed but that was the only suggestion, so far. Has anyone had this issue and figured it out?

Hopefully this makes sense. I may be unable to connect to Pocket servers? I don’t have the jargon or interest to solve many tech issues on my own, but many of the links in the app don’t work for me.

My subscription hangs. I sent in support for nothing. I can not get my free three months to try the upgrade.
