I have been trouble when clicking on a meeting to stop a recording I lose the entire recording. This happened to me twice today on meetings I did not want to lose. I am not sure what happened. Then later the record button disappeared.
Hey @kathyowenrn just trying to understand the issue here did you stop the recording from the app or use the button from the device? If the recording was stopped from either way I should still be on the device unless deleted

It was recording on my iPhone and it was at the top of the screen and never opened and disappeared. Now my last recording is stuck there 9 min of nothing and I cannot get it to go away and now I can’t record. I am frozen.

Hey from what I can see here looks like the device has disconnected. If the device has an amber light that means it’s still recording
