Web App not saving recording

Something that just happened to me for the first time today. While using the web app, I recorded a conversation, no problem. When recording my second conversation of the day, the recorder launched as usual, but after the meeting ended and I stopped the recording, nothing appeared in the web or mobile app.

I also noticed on my computer that Pocket was still “sharing” even though the recording had been halted. I tried quitting the web app and trying again with a test conversation to rule out a refresh, but the issue persists.

I tried using my pocket device to record a meeting today and 1.5 hours later at the conclusion of the meeting I noticed nothing was recorded.

(Update: the 1 min ramble uploaded about 15-20 mins after) I even tested it when I got home with a 1 min ramble and the recording did not save.

I did not update the app before starting to record since the meeting was starting.

(New/added) I did see the recording on my phone as the app was open and then I switched to a different app for the duration of the meeting. The pocket device was sitting next to me the entire meeting. I wonder if I did something wrong?

Hey @DWade i would suggest going into settings and checking the Look Up Device Files options to see if the recording exists and get back to us.

Alternatively you can click on the sync option on the top right and let us know

Hi @mhirrrr I did not find the recordings. Is there another option I have to find the missing recordings?

Hey @DWade, You can check in “Data” section on app, you will fine “Look up Device Files”. you can browse your files from there and import.
