Unable to sync 2 recordings from yesterday

Yesterday I had two recordings that I know recorded, but today I can’t seem to sync them. Oddly enough, if I turn the device off and back on and go into sync, I can see them there. The sync starts and abruptly stops. Then when I go back in to sync, it shows “No recordings to sync today” but it also has an error that it can’t connect to the device. I have even tried to plug it directly into my computer.

Failing that, I was able to recover this by making a 2 second recording now, going in to sync that and click on yesterday and it let me select those previous two recordings.

The next “oddity” is that in the app, even after killing and going back in, refreshing, etc., I don’t see these recordings. BUT, I do see them on the app.heypocket.com

There’s definitely something going on that is odd here.

Hey @Beachsideca seems to be an Internet firewall problem! Could you try switching your Internet off and on or just use your mobile data it should resolve it!

Interesting … that shouldn’t be interfering with anything, but I will double check this at a strategic point this morning.
