More errors in transcription (audio corrupt)

So more commonly now, the recordings are getting marked as corrupt.

This is the 3rd time i’ve had to resync, 3rd different recording and time.

Is there something that needs tweaking in the transfer process?

This latest time, i had to resync twice and it still says corrupt.

That’s one meeting that may be lost, I’m going to try plugging in via usbc to transfer and see if that helps. I tried wifi and that failed too. The meeting right after this one recorded fine.

I have an update, when i plug in my pocket and go to the file, the audio file is there and in perfet shape as far as i know.

It plays from beginning to end.

The desktop import will not recognize it to import it again though and i can’t get pocket to bring it in via bluetooth successfully.

The recording is intact though

hey @nyhunter77 its because it recognizes the corrupted recording as a import will fix that + getting my team to look at this on top prio

Thanks @mhirrrr , i have a workaround though.

I copy and pasted the “corrupt” file and renamed it with a higher digit

I reimported that into pocket via the usb c cable, it’s all transcribed correctly now

As mentioned though, the corrupt file error has been happening more and more.
