How do you hard reset? Mine is stuck on with blue light. Shortly before this it was stuck in record mode.

Hey @Eflatt can you just reach out to support regarding this seems to be a hardware fault which we can check. To restart the device you can just long press on the button to switch it off then switch it on
Thanks! I did finally get it to shut off by multiple long hold presses. Maybe 8-10 times. First time for this to happen so do you want me to wait and see if it happens again? I have 4 meetings tomorrow so can try again.
