@Nex I checked the email we sent you with tracking information, and your full tracking number actually starts with a 4, not a 2 as shown in your screenshot. I’ll DM you the correct number and you will be able to verify the screenshot I sent earlier.
Thanks! I’m not sure how I got the tracking number I had. But glad I see movement. I even cheated and used the DHL site and it gave me an estimate of Oct 16th! Woohoo!

Did yours ever update again because I’ve had that same status since October 8th and it’s very really frustrated to read about people getting theirs and I live in purgatory with no end in sight!!
Same here. Status remains unchanged since October 8.
@Angleel We completely understand but no need to get frustrated - parcels move at their own pace. Yours will get processed as well, it’s just a matter of time.
We wish it were faster too, but at this stage, patience really is the only option. Some members still haven’t even received their tracking numbers yet, so you’re already a step ahead.

Pocket order #2861 was delivered to Chicago today! No updates before last night on the tracking number since it was originally received. First update was “Arrives 10/14.” I’m looking forward to seeing what this little thing can do!

I ordered pocket on Aug 9th so I can see what I am not hearing when working with my. Students. the storage , diction, and ai were selling points. Other than a little lag I believe it will work. I just started researching ai models to see what other diction options are available.
I used the purchase email address but was still only had start up ai option for ai. I’m using Mac OS. How do I get set up as founder for ai deal
