Mine has reached the “USPS acknowledges it exists” stage. And that does say New Jersey. So, based on your experience, I’ve got not quite two weeks to wait…. How will I survive?

I ordered on June 30th if that’s also relevant.
I guess I’m kind of lucky, then? I ordered mine around September 7th.
FYI- no response from that email address.
My product has shipped and I’m waiting as patiently as I know how, but all this waiting time and reading negative reviews zaps the excitement a bit.

@Nicholas.boucher if you received your tracking information then your parcel is on its way. If you emailed hey@heypocket.com someone from the team will revert back to you as soon as they can. They’re currently handling a high volume of support requests, so replies may take a little longer than usual.
Your tracking updated to “Pre-Shipment” on October 22, which means USPS has received the electronic data and is expecting the parcel. It’s most likely clearing customs and waiting for local processing.
I know it’s difficult to wait, but everything looks completely normal. It’s an international shipment. We just need to give it a bit more time. Thanks for your patience!
Does anyone know what the expected customs clearance time is? I’m wondering if the government shutdown is slowing it down any.

I got my notification from Pocket that my device had shipped on October 16. It is due to be delivered to my house tomorrow, according to the USPS website.
DHL has had mine sitting at my local depot for 3 days now waiting to hand off to usps…
I finally received the Pocket. But now the app will not download. I went to the App Store, but the download just stalls and nothing happens.
Any suggestions?
Yes received mine today. Impressive out of the box. I’ll need to play with it over a few meetings and compare against the built in device on my Pixel10.

I received my Pocket earlier this week and have started to explore functionality and test its recording abilities. Hope to report more in the coming weeks with increased use at home and at work.

I’ve got mine! Been playing around with it the past couple days and learning the ropes. Excited to figure out the best ways to make it work and how to make some of my work life easier! I already see a few things that are going to be so helpful!

Wow, do I love my Pocket! I am on a number of boards, both non-profit and municipal, and the ability of my Pocket to record a meeting, separate out the speakers, draft a transcript, summarize the key points, and then produce action items is a dream-come-true! Saves me huge amounts of time and is a real game-changer!
