I’ve tried repeatedly to update my connected device’s firmware and keep getting a OTA error. Currently my device is on WiFi firmware v7. Anyone else having this problem?

Welcome to the community! Firmware updates are transferred over Bluetooth, so they require a stable Bluetooth connection. If the update keeps failing, please try restarting both the Pocket app and your Pocket device, then keep the device close to your phone while running the update again.
