People are already reporting in the forum that they’ve received their Pockets, and some tracking numbers are starting to update. I don’t have full visibility myself, but you should see your first tracking scan soon.

I got my tracking number this morning and had an update this evening that it had already arrived in NJ and is now on its way to the next destination

What exactly does “soon” mean?
I was told 7-8 days. It’s been 9. Still no update on tracking? I don’t believe that my package shipped when I was told it shipped. I don’t believe it left your warehouse when I was told it had left and it wasn’t moving when you said it was already in motion and on its way to me.
Whatever shipping partner you used to ship it to the USPS should be able to provide a date that it will be handed off to the US postal system.

We don’t have an exact hand-off date to USPS, as it depends on customs clearance and local processing times once the parcel arrives in the U.S.
At this stage, USPS is most likely awaiting the parcel’s release from customs. As soon as it’s handed over, you’ll see the first domestic scan appear automatically.
We’re just as eager for you to receive your Pocket as you are - probably even more so.

I commented a little while back about the lack of tracking updates, but I’d like to provide some more information. I’ll share a timeline below in case it’s helpful for anyone with Pocket or other purchasers.
- 9/2/25: Order placed and confirmation email was received
- 9/6/25: Notification that my Pocket device would ship on September 28
- 10/7/25: Email received stating my Pocket was on the way, with tracking information
- 10/22/25: I received an email saying my device was out for delivery and I received it before noon local time
Shipping/tracking logistics is a mess all around in many industries. It’s unfortunate that so many people have been so upset with a lack of updates. I work in construction and sometimes I have to wait days or even weeks for important updates on million dollar projects. I’m also a day-one Hollow Knight fanatic who waited years for updates on Silksong, so I wasn’t too bothered with having to wait for updates. I am just hoping some feedback on the process from order to delivery might be helpful for some.
With all that said, set up was pretty quick and I enjoyed the unboxing experience. I have only been able to use it on a few work calls so far, but it very quickly was able to accurately title and summarize both calls and included lines broken out by who said them (speakers 0, 1, 2). It gave helpful checklist items from both calls as well. I needed something that would help me take more action and forget less information from work calls and meetings and I can definitely say I am pleasantly surprised with these first few little tests. The real big test will come in some upcoming meetings. I’ll be recording a longer meeting soon with 5 different parties, including myself, so we’ll see how it does.

As of today tracking still shows:
A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.
I found this site works best for ones like me who would like to see more information on shipping progress. Hope it helps
