And I am sorry about your previous rough experiences, Sometimes things outside of our control slow the process down, but every Pocket is shipping and you’ll have yours soon.
I did see the unboxing and it is impressive. I apologize for insinuating this is a scam, but like I said before, I’ve been scammed. The company had an impressive website, product design and many fell for it. I did get refunded by card company but just in the nick of time because many others were not as lucky as I. That being the case, I wouldn’t have jumped in for Pocket if I didn’t truly believe in the product. Just a bit paranoid and all of that will go away once my pocket is received and I’m happily using it.
I had received a mail it will ship on Sep 28th. I have more received any tracking number. What does it mean ? Is my order not in the first batch ? Why did get a mail that it is shipping on 28th. Please clarify. Thx.

This information is different from what Emma is pocket Support emailed me. She advised me that my order was in transit. She said the “courier first collects all the parcels, then delivers them to USPS in a bulk handoff. That process usually takes about 7–8 days. Once USPS receives the shipment, the tracking number activates. That said, your tracking will likely update sooner, it just depends on when your batch gets processed. Your order is already in motion and should show up in the USPS system very soon.“ She sent me that response less than 12 hours ago.
Now you’re claiming it’s not updated due to a holiday?!? This conflicting information regarding shipment is bullshit.
The orders that have already been shipped, like yours, are good to go. Emma’s explanation is correct: once the courier collects all parcels, they bulk hand them off to USPS. That usually takes about 7–8 days before USPS tracking activates, sometimes sooner.
Where the holiday comes in is for the next batches that haven’t yet been handed to the courier, those are paused until operations resume.
So in short: your Pocket is already in motion, nothing is stuck, and your tracking will update once it finishes the bulk handoff to USPS.

Thank you for the update but The tracking number was given on the 28th so there should have already been movement since the holiday had not yet begun. Why have these not moved yet?
Any future ideas on accessories for this? I would be interested in a protective case or sleeve compatible with this for extra protection. Cannot wait to get mine!
First, I really appreciate you setting up the community for accessing general info and providing a forum for Q&A. Commenting in the marketing posts on Facebook didn’t seem like the correct venue for the communication.
I watched the video and see there is a QR code that points to the app. Is it unavailable for download directly through the Apple App Store? I couldn’t seem to find it by searching.
Also, one more question. I was one of the early backers and got the free basic functions for life deal. If I wanted to check out the subscription Pro features to make a comparison, am I able to revert back to my unlimited plan if I feel like that makes more sense for me?
