Hi John, As shared in my previous updates, your order is scheduled to ship by the end of October in any case. Period (It should actually be earlier). Pocket is a new product and there have been some first-run hiccups, but we’re working hard to streamline everything. Your patience is appreciated.

@Akshay @pete-w I appreciate you guys. This rollout definitely had some hiccups, but looking forward to being part of the highlights. I am hopeful as many that complained (myself included) will be here to celebrate. You both and the rest of the team have been very forthcoming with info (even if we know behind the scenes y’all are screaming and yelling lol) nah but for real to be as professional/careful as you have been to make sure you give the proper information when asked. It’s well past Oct 7th and no update to my tracking number. From what I understood if we got a tracking number we should see an update by now.

Woohoo! My tracking number that I received on the 28th just updated! It is in pre-shipment status so mine was apparently stuck in Hong Kong in limbo. It says that the delivery date will be updated once the package has arrived at the USPS facility so hopefully by the end of next week I will have mine. Excited to give it a try.

Is there a way to tell us up to what date has been fulfilled? I know it is off priority and I bought on Aug 1st so I’m still waiting for my shipped email. For an example, we have filled all orders up to July 10th.

I got a tracking update today that says a pre-shipment label has been created in Avenel, NJ. That could mean 3-4 weeks from now when the ship arrives from Hong Kong a label is ready or it could mean that USPS anticipates the package in the next few days. I think I’m just going to give up looking for updates either on my tracking email or here.
All we get in this forum is “All orders will ship by the end of September.” “ No wait, there was a weeklong holiday that will hold everything up until October 7 no no October 8.” “Well we promise that all orders will be shipped by the end of October unless witches interfere with the shipping.” Next we’ll see “There is heavier than expected shipping due to Christmas holiday goods. All orders will be shipped by the first of the year.”

I got mine today! 
I had even gone to USPS and opted in for text updates so I’d know exactly when to expect it. I was able to get it setup in time to use at a group training and am pretty impressed with it so far.

@Eflatt I hear what you’re saying, however, it doesn’t quite work that way. While we generally fulfill orders from earliest to latest, the exact sequence also depends on color availability, quality control, and courier processing. There are a lot of moving parts to it.
Some colors arrive from assembly or pass inspection sooner than others, so those batches ship first to avoid slowing down the entire process. Couriers may also need to double-check address or order information before dispatch, which can briefly delay specific parcels while others continue moving.
We also prioritize immediate or ready-to-ship orders to keep fulfillment flowing instead of pausing the whole queue.
If you haven’t yet received your shipping email, it means your order is already queued and secured in one of the upcoming batches - you’ll receive tracking automatically as soon as it’s dispatched.
As Akshay mentioned in his post here: Shipping Timeline Update , all pre-orders will be fulfilled by the end of October (or ASAP).

@John we totally get how that feels… the changing timelines can definitely be discouraging, and we don’t blame you for feeling frustrated. As I am sure you know, there’s a lot of moving parts behind the scenes: production batches, international shipping, customs, and courier coordination, and sometimes those don’t move in perfect sync.
That tracking label in Avenel, NJ means your parcel has already been registered in USPS’s system and my best guess it’s awaiting custom’s clearance. At this stage, it’s really a matter of waiting for that process to complete. Once customs clears and the hand-off happens, you’ll start seeing regular tracking updates.
Hundreds of customers have already received their devices, and yours is not far behind.

YAY!!! I got my shipping update from the post office! The USPS shipping label has been created and the office in Marbleton, GA is awaiting receipt of the package. I’m so excited that very soon my Pocket will be in my hands. So many times recently I wanted to use it. Thank you to the Pocket team for bringing this to a reality!

Does anyone know if customs processes packages over the weekend?
The USPS has my order in “Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item, MELROSE PARK, IL 60160, October 9, 2025, 2:31 AM”.
If the label was created/input into the USPS system when the package was handed off to customs, I would hope USPS would actually take possession of the package and provide an update before the weekend.
Has anyone who has an order going through Melrose Park, IL received their order or seen any progress past creation of a label?

So are people not getting usps updates until its already in the states and handed off to their local usps? My tracking number still says its awaiting even though its well past the holiday.
